Over the last two decades, concept of ‘the commons’ has been rediscovered as a powerful organizing principle in social movements, radical political thought, and critical theory. The commoning also adopted within discussions migration mobilities research. This article will first trace some these emerging ideas relational practice found many mobilizations around ‘reclaiming commons’. Then it turn to approaches that seek complicate Euro-American histories by centering Indigenous practices commoning, Caribbean African diaspora mobile recent concepts such undercommons, queer commons, migrant commoning. asks: How can help us envision ways unmake existing violent settlings destructive im/mobilities enclosure, coloniality, imperialism, capitalist extraction?
